International Ph.D. Program in Gerontology and Long-Term Care

Students must complete a minimum of 30 credits, comprising 24 credits of required courses (including 12 credits for the dissertation), 6 credits of elective courses, and 0 credits for Research Ethics. All courses are designed based on a dual-core curriculum: one focusing on evidence-based innovation and application development, and the other on professional knowledge in gerontology and long-term care.
Required courses must be attended in person and completed within one year, allowing students to take the qualifying exam in the second year. All doctoral program elective courses across the campus are open for selection.
